 Ray Westmoreland
President, CEO, Sales and Marketing Manager, Certified Remodeler Specialist
Ray Westmoreland started Wood Windows Sales in April of 1980. In September of 1980 Wood Windows Sales became a Caradco distributor. In April of 1992 Wood Window Sales incorporated and changed its name to Wood Windows, Inc. He has scaled back on sales activities, spending more of his time on managerial duties. When he does sell, Ray currently focuses on Historical Renovation projects. Ray has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boise State University. He is a NARI Certified Remodeler Specialist – the first in the state of Idaho. He is a board member of NARI (National Association of Remodelers Inc), a life member of BCA (Building Contractors Association). He is currently Chief Rebban of El Korah Shriners.

 Charlene Meadows
Administrative Manager, Construction Bookkeeping Technician
Charlene Meadows has been a part of the Wood Windows Inc. team since March 3rd 1995. Charlene is in charge of all aspects of booking and human resource. Before coming to Wood Windows Inc. Charlene had worked with various commercial electrical contractors and spent 5 years doing estimating and project management. She also worked for a manufacturer of gable end vents. This background in construction has helped Charlene in her position with Wood Windows Inc. Charlene is an active member of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and served as their president for the 2008-2009 year.

 Brad Elliott
New Construction & Remodel Sales
Brad Elliott joined the Wood Windows team Oct 7th 2010. Brad's new role with Wood Windows is New Construction & Remodel Salesman. Brad will work closely with both Builders and Remodeler's providing them with bids and service while keeping them apprised of manufacturer changes and new releases. Brad has a background in sales, construction, and manufacturing. Brad's core values are a great match with Wood Windows as he volunteers his time to Idaho Drug Free Youth Program and is very involved is his community. He is an active member of the Snake River Valley BCA.

 Connell Lloyd
Residential & Remodel Sales
Connell Lloyd joined the Wood Windows Inc. team May 16th 2005. Connell came to Wood Windows Inc. with more of a corporate management background rather than a sales background. This has been a benefit to Connell and his customers as he is very detail oriented and thorough in his bids. Connell’s diverse knowledge allows for a win-win situation between sales and production.

 Shannon Eddins
Service Specialist & Warehouse
Shannon Eddins came to the Wood Windows Inc. team on July 6th 2005. Shannon had been in the window industry for 3 years before joining our team. Shannon brought with him the background for servicing windows and doors. With Shannon’s problem solving skills and knowledge for all types of products there is no service that Shannon can’t handle. He especially loves working/servicing Andersen products.

 Jennifer Matthews
Production Manager & Marketing Assistant
Jennifer Matthews was a welcome addition to the Wood Windows Inc. team August 8th 2005. She began as the Production Coordinator scheduling the installation crews. Jennifer quickly showed her potential as she took on more and more responsibility until she was promoted to Production Manager February 2009. Jennifer came to us with no construction background having worked in a retail store for much of the time. However, her quick mind and inquisitive nature allowed her to learn and absorb the intricacies of remodeling and replacement jobs. Her problem-solving skills have been a great asset. In addition to her myriad duties as Production Manager, Jennifer is also our Marketing Assistant working closely with Ray in all aspects of advertising.

 Felipe Sotelo
Lead Installer
Felipe Sotelo joined the Wood Windows Inc. team February 15th 1999. Felipe started his journey with us as our warehouse and delivery guy. After only a short time in the warehouse Felipe moved out into the field as an Install Assistant. Felipe is now our Senior Lead Installer. What makes Felipe stand out above the rest is his eye for detail and professional nature. Felipe’s education includes InstallationMastersTM Certified Installer Program, Lead Window Installer, and Velux 5 Star Installer. Felipe is Bi-lingual in Spanish and English languages.

 Merlin Gray
Lead Installer
Merlin Gray returned to the Wood Windows Inc. team May 1st 2006. Merlin has been in the construction industry for more years than he would like to count. Merlin’s credentials include NARI Certified Remodeler, InstallationMastersTM Certified Installer Program, Lead Window Installer, and Velux 5 Star Installer. Merlin has also been certified as a Certified Lead-Based Paint Professional – Idaho Supervisor. With Merlin’s abundance of knowledge there are very few projects that Merlin can’t conquer.

 Dustin Schuldies
Lead Siding Installer
Dustin Schuldies has been a part of the Wood Windows Inc. team since March 25th 2005. He began as a window install assistant and honed his skills and knowledge over the next few years. When Wood Windows, Inc decided to add James Hardie Siding to the products we offer, Dustin stepped up and volunteered to lead the new crew. Each home presented its’ own set of challenges and something new to consider. Dustin’s abilities continue to expand as he takes each experience and adds it to the whole. Dustin was able to visit the James Hardie Siding plant in March of 2010 and found that to be very educational and beneficial. Dustin continues to work with the window crews, and has acted as Lead Installer several times, in addition to leading the siding crew. Dustin is certified though the InstallationMastersTM Certified Installer Program, and has successfully completed the EPA Lead Initial Renovator curriculum.

 Toby Horton
Install Assistant
Toby Horton was a welcome addition to the Wood Windows Inc. team on March 22nd 2006. Toby has worked in various parts of the construction industry including framing and siding before joining our crew. With Toby’s can do attitude he can work in any position with in production. Toby started in the warehouse for deliveries and receiving. After a short time Toby was joining the guys out in the field. Toby is certified though the InstallationMastersTM Certified Installer Program, and obtained certification from EPA for the Lead Initial Renovator curriculum.
