Ladies and Gentlemen:

Thank you for your kind letter of March 8, 2010, regarding your “Best of the Best”. We fell we chose the “Best of the Best” to supply and install the wonderful new Andersen Windows in our cabin.

The original windows in our cabin left us chilled and looking for a clear viewing area through the winters. Our fine new Andersen Window are not only beautiful both inside and out, but a pleasure to sit next to while watching the wildlife outside. Our significantly reduced winter heating bills were a benefit we had not fully anticipated. We now expect our air condition will get a well deserved break this coming summer. The substantial tax break also surprised us. We are very satisfied with this improvement in our home.

Our installation experience was both positive and exciting! The challenges of delivering the shipment over our mountain roads right after a weekend snowfall and freeze were met with resourcefulness and good humor. The challenges of installing windows into a “settled” log cabin were met with professionalism and craftsmanship. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and the result.

I’d like to tell you what my husband and I think of your company.

Prior experience with other companies that have come to do work at our home has taught us never to expect too much from so called “experts”. Wood Windows, however, is not in the same league with those “experts”. Wood Windows is terrific!

Wood Windows recently installed a Milgard window in our home. From the estimator (Brian Hill) to the scheduler (Jennifer) to those wonderful installers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are astonished and thrilled when we arrived home to find the yard free of debris, the living room clean and dust free and the outside of our home looking much as it had, but with a great new window. The installers even re-hung the curtain rod!

We are spreading the word to neighbors, co-workers and anyone who will listen about Wood Windows’ service, integrity and wonderful employees. We highly recommend Wood Windows.
